Testmanager

You will be positioning yourself as a dynamic Test Engineer with a passion for continuous improvement. As you look for technical and performance improvements in the system you ensure that the required documentation is completed and automation standards are adhered to in our modern Agile working environment. You design you own software testing, and provide our clients with the quality of our IT-systems. You challenge the Developers and Business Analysts on delivering the expected quality. You can expand the platform and are able to quickly and efficiently solve (potential) problems. You work together with other specialists proposing solutions for complex problems.

• a bachelor degree in IT, or comparable
• 3-5 years of work experience as a test engineer
• proven SQL knowledge
• a quality mindset
• experience with test automation and exploratory testing
• Agile development experience i.e. working in Scrum methodology
• ability to self-manage and work independently
• good communication skills
• you love to work with the customer
• independent decision making
• achieving results through team work
• you want to learn new things and like to teach others

In principle, this concerns a secondment assignment, but it is also possible to enter into permanent employment with our client. We are very flexible in that regard.
